Foreclosure Auction Sales: Spells and Magical Beliefs

It may be surprising that there many magic spells are linger today, especially regarding the purchase and sale of homes. Whether you are looking for your next home through the regular real estate market or looking to purchase one through a foreclosure auction sale, you may be humored by the various magical spells that are still circulating around today. If you have particular religious beliefs, you may find ways to modify these spells to fit your views, or just look at them as humor.

St. Joseph

Most people looking to get out of a looming foreclosure auction sale opt to sell the home before the proceedings are complete. This still means you lose your home, but if you have no other choice it is preferable to a foreclosure which will leave you in debt for years to come. If you need to attract a buyer very quickly, you need to buy a small figurine of St. Joseph (the Catholic saint of home life) and bury it head-down or with the head pointing towards the street.

You can pray to St. Joseph, anoint the statue with holy water or give some money to charity during the burial process – it really doesn’t matter. In order to get the Saint to help you in your foreclosure auction sale problems, you need to be sincere and you need to be looking for another place to live. Even St. Joseph can’t do all of the hard work for you.

How to Use Sigils

When you are placing a bid on a foreclosure auction sale you are of course wanting to win the property.  It is believed that something called sigils could guarantee an outcome in your favor. Believers use sigils to attract whatever they desire into their life. Just like rabbit foots or other lucky charms, they are said to bring good luck.

Sigils must be made by you personally, which is believed to give it charge often compared to the charge of electricity going into common appliances. It also keeps you from going crazy waiting for the day of the government foreclosure auction.

Sigils for a particular foreclosure auction sale home can be made by making a symbol for the home.  Your sigil can be any design in your imagination and can be from any materials you have on hand. Any sort of paper and some markers will do just fine. Display your sigil wherever you keep your foreclosure auction sale paperwork, and make sure to bring it along to the auction. If your bid is to be placed over the phone, then hold it while doing so.
